3 Ingredients Slow Cooker Dr. Pepper Baby Back Ribs
1 can of Dr. Pepper (or you can use coke)
1 - 18 oz. bottle of Sweet Baby Rays
Salt & Pepper, to taste
*With this recipe, I did not remove the silver skin on the back of the ribs and I didn't have issues with the ribs. But if you want to remove the silver skin, this website is very handy.
In a medium size bowl, mix the pop (or "soda") with the entire bottle of BBQ. I used a spoon to mix it, until it was a little thinner than syrup consistency. You can also use a whisk, if you'd like.
Cut the ribs into thirds and place in the slow cooker. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the ribs, and cover with the mix. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours. (I recommend not doing HIGH, as cooking low and slow for ribs are the best options.)
Serve with mashed potatoes and a veggie!
