Chicken Greek Salad



  • 1 pound of chicken breast
  • greek seasoning
  • Olive oil
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • red onion. sliced
  • pitted olives
  • cucumbers, cut into coins
  • salad mix of your liking
  • Feta cheese, crumbled
  • Greek salad
  1. Preheat oven to 400 F, cover chicken in Greek seasoning with some olive oil.  Bake the chicken for 25 minutes.
  2. While the chicken is baking, cut the vegetables as described above and place in a salad bowl. 
  3. Take the temperature of the chicken and make sure it reaches 165 F. Once it does, set the chicken aside to cool for about 15 minutes.  
  4. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and then add to the salad bowl.  Top with dressing. 
  5. Enjoy!
