Creamy Chicken Bake


Ingredients
  • 4 lg Chicken Breasts
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup 
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup 
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 8 oz can Mushrooms drained (stems and pieces – or use fresh) *optional
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1/2 t Onion Powder
  • 1 t Chives (chopped)
  • Few dashes of Paprika
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x13 glass baking dish
  2. Place chicken breast in baking dish in a single layer add salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. Mix the soups, sour cream, mushroom, chives, onion powder and water in a medium bowl.Slowly and evenly spread this mixture on top of the chicken. 
  4. On middle rack, bake 1 hour uncovered. Always take temperature chicken, should be over 165. 
  5. Enjoy!
