Creamy Chicken Bake
Ingredients
- 4 lg Chicken Breasts
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 8 oz can Mushrooms drained (stems and pieces – or use fresh) *optional
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 t Onion Powder
- 1 t Chives (chopped)
- Few dashes of Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x13 glass baking dish
- Place chicken breast in baking dish in a single layer add salt and pepper on both sides.
- Mix the soups, sour cream, mushroom, chives, onion powder and water in a medium bowl.Slowly and evenly spread this mixture on top of the chicken.
- On middle rack, bake 1 hour uncovered. Always take temperature chicken, should be over 165.
