Spicy Shrimp Tacos with Sriracha Sauce

I really liked this recipe. It was pretty fast, about 20 minutes. I definitely would add some spicy kick to the shrimp as they weren't crazy spicy.

- 1 lbs of shrimp peeled and deveined
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 t paprika
- 1 t ground cumin
- 1 t onion or garlic powder optional
- 2 cups cabbage (1 head), shredded
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded optional
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing or sour-cream or greek Yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Sriracha
- 6 small corn or flour tortillas
Start marinading the shrimp by combining the first 5 items in a bowl. Set it aside. It can marinade up to 2 days(refrigerate if you do longer than 20 minutes).
While the shrimp is marinading, make the coleslaw by combining ingredients 6 thru 12.
Combine the last three items in a small bowl.
Cook the shrimp in a large saute pan with olive oil. Flip them after 3 minutes. Cook for another 3 minutes until no longer pink.
Enjoy!
