Grandma Robin's Easy Spaghetti Salad

Grandma Robin's Easy Spaghetti Salad

  • 1 box of noodles (recommended: rotini or spaghetti)
  • 1 full bottle of Kraft Zesty Italian dressing
  • McCormmick Salad Supreme seasoning
  • 3 roma tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 Cups of marbled cheese (not pictured)

Boil the noodles as the package describes. Once they are done, rinse them with cold water and drain.  Put it in the serving bowl, and refrigerate as you prep the rest.

Chop the onion. Put aside.  Remove the jelly and seeds from the inside of the tomatoes.  Chop the tomatoes. Peel the cucumber.  Cut it in half length wise and then cut it again in half length wise (giving you 4 long pieces) and start cutting it in smaller than bite size pieces.  Add the cucumber, tomato and onion to the noodles.

This is the important part: Add only 3/4 quarter of the bottle of Zesty Italian dressing.  Reserving the last 1/4 quarter til right before the party.    Mix the salad.  Add the 2 cups of cheese.

Add as much of the salad supreme as you would like, I recommend 1/3 of the bottle.

Generously mix the salad.  Cover and refrigerate until the party.  Right before you serve it, add the rest of the Italian dressing and mix again.

It will store for about 3 to 4 days total.
