Meatloaf Muffins

• 1 lbs. ground beef
• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
• 1 box of stuffing
• 1 cup of water
• 1/2 cups of BBQ sauce
• 1 cup of mild cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375°F.    Start by combining the ground beef, garlic powder, stuffing and 1 cup of water into a large mixing bowl.  By hand, gently mix the the ingredients until well combined.  Spray normal sized muffin pan (12 muffins) thoroughly with cooking spray.   Fill each muffin cup til they are 3/4 full.  Once each muffin cup is full, press into the meat so there is a little bowl formation.  Pour the BBQ sauce into the bowl formation in each cup of meat. 

Place in the oven for 30 minutes or until meat is cooked. Sprinkle the cheese on top of each muffin. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
