Slow Cooker Creamy Tuscany Chicken



  • 1 T butter
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 - 15 oz jars Alfredo sauce with roasted garlic
  • 2 - 3 oz. packages slivered sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 small (like 5 oz) bag baby spinach leaves
  • salt and pepper

  1. Melt butter in pan on medium/high heat. Season chicken with salt and peppers. Add chicken to pan and cook until browned on both sides.
  2. Grease your 6 quart slow cooker, and put chicken in the bottom. 
  3. In a medium bowl mix together Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, Alfredo sauce, sun-dried tomatoes,  and red pepper flakes.
  4. Pour mixture over chicken. 
  5. Cover slow cooker and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Add spinach, cover and cook another 5 minutes. 
  7. Enjoy!
