Slow Cooker Creamy Tuscany Chicken
- 1 T butter
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 - 15 oz jars Alfredo sauce with roasted garlic
- 2 - 3 oz. packages slivered sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 small (like 5 oz) bag baby spinach leaves
- salt and pepper
- Melt butter in pan on medium/high heat. Season chicken with salt and peppers. Add chicken to pan and cook until browned on both sides.
- Grease your 6 quart slow cooker, and put chicken in the bottom.
- In a medium bowl mix together Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, Alfredo sauce, sun-dried tomatoes, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Cover slow cooker and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
- Add spinach, cover and cook another 5 minutes.
- Enjoy!
